Prior to joining the Clark Hill team, Conor worked at the U.S. Embassy Dublin where he acted as the U.S. Government’s lead advisor for supporting inward investment from Northern Europe into the United States. In nearly eight years at the Embassy, Conor facilitated over $12 billion of Northern European investment projects into the United States.
Conor previously spent over three years in the British Embassy Dublin where he served as the primary advisor to the previous two British Ambassadors to Ireland on all matters related to Irish investment in the UK. During his experiences at the U.S. and British Embassies in Dublin, Conor forged deep relationships with multinational companies, their executives, U.S. federal and state business support agencies, and government agencies throughout Northern Europe.
