Christopher D. Higashi focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including defense of claims against banks resulting from operations, contract disputes, and collection matters. Christopher has also successfully handled labor and employment matters, defense against ADA claims, lender liability claims, government contract matters, trust administration, and entertainment matters.

As a third generation Japanese/Korean American, Christopher is sensitive to the issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion to better serve his clients. Christopher has successfully represented large financial institutions, companies, small businesses, and individuals in state and federal courts.
