Catrina H. Markwalter represents clients in litigation and contract matters with an emphasis on construction and creditors’ rights.  Her experience includes litigation of commercial lawsuits, negotiation of complex construction contracts and creditors’ rights representation in state and federal court, including bankruptcy court.

Catrina assists clients in commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on construction and contract claims. She represents contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, banks and other business clients in the investigation and litigation of commercial lawsuits including construction defect, contract and lien related claims. Catrina also has extensive experience representing both companies and individuals in contract development and negotiations. Catrina has worked extensively and is licensed in the state courts of Florida, as well as Florida’s U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts.

Catrina’s creditors’ rights practice focuses on collection actions related to commercial loans, including loans guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
