Dolly Segal counsels and defends both private and public sector employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, family/medical leave, and related statutory and tort claims. Her practice focuses on helping employers both nationwide, and locally in the New Jersey/Philadelphia metro area, navigate a variety of employment challenges.

Dolly’s practice focuses on representing clients in both federal and state court throughout the litigation process. Dolly also advises employers to ensure their actions and policies comply with local, state, and federal regulations to prevent lawsuits and promote positive workplaces. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Dolly worked at a Philadelphia-based firm where she developed her civil litigation skills by helping defend various matters in state and federal courts involving professional liability and medical malpractice disputes.

During law school, Dolly interned for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney and the Honorable Petrese B. Tucker at the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she wrote bench memorandums and observed a variety of civil and criminal proceedings. She also interned for several firms in Philadelphia helping to defend and litigate insurance disputes.
