Barrett N. Lindsey

Barrett brings general litigation experience including personal injury and workplace injury, product liability, professional negligence, and appellate representation to the firm. Barrett is committed to a flexible approach best suited to achieving his clients’ goals and protecting their interests.

Barrett began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Late Honorable Richard E. Dorr in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Part of his responsibilities involved researching a wide array of criminal and civil issues pending before the Court, skills which he continues to use to aid his clients. Born and raised in Arizona, Barrett moved back after the clerkship ended and has been representing clients in Arizona ever since.
