Armando M. Solorzano litigates and advises employers on labor and employment matters including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.

Armando provides advice and counsel to employers of all sizes regarding California’s complex labor and employment laws. Armando has experience counseling employers through all stages of the employment lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, leave management, and separation of employment. Armando has experience drafting various employment agreements including executive compensation agreements, employee handbooks, policies and procedures, and separation agreements. When possible, he strives to mitigate the risk of expensive litigation and has guided several companies through reductions in force that did not result in litigation.

When litigation is unavoidable, Armando has experience litigating and resolving a wide range of single-plaintiff and class action cases in state and federal court. He is passionate about helping his clients resolve claims in the most efficient manner possible so they can focus their time and energy on growing their business—not litigating.

Before moving to the defense side, Armando was a plaintiff employment attorney and corporate counsel at a manufacturing company. His unique experiences provide him with the ability to anticipate issues and opposing arguments which is helpful in achieving favorable results for his clients. Armando takes a tremendous amount of pride in being a trusted advisor for his clients.
