A seasoned business transactions attorney with a keen understanding of both legal intricacies and business frameworks, Amy facilitates seamless transactions while identifying and mitigating risks to achieve her client’s operational and profitability goals. Whether Amy is negotiating contracts, managing mergers and acquisitions, or navigating complex regulatory landscapes, she provides strategic advice tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Amy has assisted her clients in achieving sustainable success in an ever-changing and competitive landscape. A cross-section of her clients includes medical facilities, manufacturing plants, renewable energy developers, local governments, development groups, quasi-governmental entities, public-private partnerships, sporting and entertainment facilities, SAS companies, investment entities, and many others. She has also worked closely with state and federal legislators to advance the policy interests of her clients and their industries.
