Amia works with clients to structure and document real estate, asset, and entity acquisitions and dispositions including, but not limited to, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, representing and advising clients on affordable housing and community development programs, and performing comprehensive due diligence.
Amia’s practice also includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan documents, contracts, leases, and third-party agreements that best protect her client’s interests. She also assists clients with business formation and structuring of organizational documents including shareholder agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, and preparation of business contracts and other transactional documents.
Additionally, Amia is dedicated to preserving the legacy clients have worked so hard to create. She aids clients by drafting estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements, marital agreements, and financial and medical powers of attorney.
