Allison Shanahan

Director of Legal Recruitment

Allison Shanahan is Clark Hill’s firmwide Director of Legal Recruitment. In this role, she works closely with firm and practice leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across all of the firm’s offices.

Allison and her team are responsible for the hiring of lateral attorneys at all levels, summer associates, and paralegals, as well as the management of the summer associate program. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Allison was a practicing attorney and also worked at other top AmLaw and European law firms in both legal recruitment and professional development roles.
