Alex Timbas helps clients tackle their corporate, cannabis, environmental, energy, and natural resources challenges.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Alex spent 16 years in sales and leadership roles in professional services firms, VC-backed technology startups, and financial services regulatory compliance advisory and consulting firms. She is an experienced leader in enterprise sales, sales operations, strategic planning, talent management, organizational planning, and coaching and developing sales staff.

Alex has experience with regulatory compliance, M&A transactions, privacy, and labor and employment issues. She serves as part of the firm’s Cannabis Industry Group.
