Adi brings a unique blend of international business acumen and practical entrepreneurial experience to his corporate practice. Drawing from his work with businesses across Mexico, Spain, UAE, and India, he helps both domestic and international clients navigate cross-border transactions and corporate governance challenges while understanding their distinct cultural and business sensibilities.

Adi served at the national office of a Big Four accounting firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions tax strategy, and clerked for the Honorable Judge Robert R. Rigsby at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. His background as a franchise owner and entrepreneur enriches his understanding of the real-world challenges his clients face when making critical business decisions.
