Abigail supports her clients in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution at state and federal levels. She provides support in drafting complaints, answers to complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, legal memoranda, and more. While in law school, Abigail worked as a litigation law clerk for Clark Hill.
During her legal education at Washington University School of Law, Abigail actively participated in the Civil Rights & Mediation Clinic and the Immigration Law Clinic. She also served as a summer law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, where she researched and drafted legal memoranda and motions for criminal trial and appellate cases.
