Abigail Block assists clients on a variety of matters involving commercial litigation and contract disputes. In addition, Abigail represents individuals, families, and financial institutions in probate, trust, and guardianship controversies.

Abigail supports her clients in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution at state and federal levels.  She provides support in drafting complaints, answers to complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, legal memoranda, and more. In addition, she litigates actions involving powers of attorneys, petitions for guardianship for adults with disabilities, and pre-death and post-death will and trust contests.

During her legal education at Washington University School of Law, Abigail worked as a litigation law clerk for Clark Hill. She also served as a summer law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, where she researched and drafted legal memoranda and motions for criminal trial and appellate cases.
