Nicole deSibour Rodgers Named Senior Director of Clark Hill Public Strategies
Clark Hill announced today that bipartisan lobbyist Nicole Rodgers has joined the firm as Senior Director of Clark Hill Public Strategies.
Rodgers brings more than 25 years of lobbying, political affairs, and communications experience to Clark Hill, where she will help grow the firm’s advocacy efforts at the federal and state levels.
“I approach advocacy from a holistic standpoint to include everything from political strategy, communications, and messaging to stakeholder engagement, lobbying, and policy development, Rogers said. “This is an opportunity to use my experience while having a large support network behind me.”
After years of managing the political and state/federal advocacy programs for industry trade associations, Rodgers ran her own client-based lobbying firm for 10 years before heading government affairs in-house for a critical minerals investment company.
“I’m looking forward to bringing all of the benefits of a robust law practice to my current and future clients and my experience building a strong lobbying practice to the firm,” Rodgers said. “Especially as we start 2025 with a new presidential administration, being able to tap into a global team with a variety of skill sets, practice areas, and industry experience will be a great asset for clients as they navigate opportunities and challenges that arise from policy changes.”
In addition to lobbying for clients across a wide range of industries, Rodgers also leads the Alliance for Mineral Security, a trade organization advocating on behalf of the industries that make up the critical mineral supply chain sectors. She has also served on the executive committee and board of the Rare Earth Industry Association.
Rodgers was founding president of the Junior League of the Golden Isles and is past president of the Home and School Association of St. Francis Xavier School, and a board member of the Marshes of Glynn Library System.
“We’re thrilled to have Nicole join our Public Strategies team and believe she will be a tremendous addition,” said Clark Hill Public Strategies Business Unit Director Rod Williamson. “Her depth of lobbying experience will enable her to be a great leader for our growing team.”
