Dublin Corporate solicitors William Brophy, Sam Saarsteiner, and Declan McNulty provided legal support to W.H. Scott Group during successful investment negotiations with Renatus Capital Partners.
W.H. Scott Group, headquartered in Belfast and Dublin, Ireland, with operations in the UK, designs, fabricates, supplies, inspects, and certifies equipment used in highly regulated lifting and industrial markets in Ireland and the UK. They offer lifting and industrial safety solutions to their customers through four specialized operating entities (W.H. Scott & Son Engineers, Hiltonne Engineers, Metlab, and Re-Ropes).

According to a W.H. Scott Group press release, this is the tenth investment from Renatus and the first from its €60m fund, which the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund backs. The new fund is focused on providing supportive equity capital to ambitious small and medium-sized enterprises across the UK and Ireland.
