Clark Hill Member Mark Kossow Featured in Podcast “ESOP Law & COVID-19.”

Mark Kossow, Member in Clark Hill’s Princeton office, was again featured in "The ESOP Podcast" with host Bret Keisling of KEISOP Group for, “ESOP Law & COVID-19.”

This episode in the series discusses discuss many ESOP legal issues including pausing ESOP transaction closings, layoffs and furloughs and the 409(p) test, and Plan changes to manage distributions.
