Clark Hill Attorney Nicole Phatak Interviewed by Law360

Member Nicole Phatak, a recent addition to Clark Hill's Tax & Estate group, was interviewed by Law360 regarding her transition to Clark Hill's Pittsburgh office. Phatak told Law360 that she believes the move will give her the opportunity to collaborate with Clark Hill's other attorneys and better advise her clients.

"I think [clients] will benefit from the other strengths Clark Hill has as a firm," she said, mentioning the firm's corporate litigation and real estate groups.

Phatak’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and gift and individual taxation. Phatak provides clients with legal advice, ranging from basic wills and powers of attorney to sophisticated trusts and asset preservation. She brings a comprehensive approach to the client's preparation of passing wealth to the next generation. A significant part of her practice includes advice regarding and preparation of individual federal and state income tax, gift tax, and fiduciary income tax returns.
