Clark Hill Attorney Nathan Catanese Elected to Allegheny County Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section Council

Congratulations to Nathan Catanese, Associate, Pittsburgh, for his election to the Allegheny County Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section Council. He was elected to a three-year term. The Probate and Trust Section studies all phases, questions, and problems in the field of probate and trust law, proposes and supports modifications and improvements to such law, and serves as a liaison with the Orphans’ Court Division of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. The Section also promotes mutually beneficial relationships and cooperation among lawyers and corporate fiduciaries. 

Catanese practices in the Tax and Estate Planning group, and his work focuses on estate planning and administration, tax planning, nonprofit organizations, planned charitable giving, and business planning.
