Clark Hill Attorney Carl Shusterman Quoted in Forbes

Senior Counsel Carl Shusterman was quoted in a Forbes article titled, “As America Struggles For Oxygen, A New Bill Offers A Pandemic Solution.” This article reviews a bipartisan bill that proposes utilizing unused green cards for foreign health care workers to help U.S. medical professionals fight the coronavirus pandemic.

Shusterman has over 40 years of experience practicing immigration law. He served as a Trial Attorney for US Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) from 1976 until 1982 when he entered the private practice of law. He has testified as an expert witness before the Senate Immigration Subcommittee in Washington, DC. He is one of the very limited number of attorneys who has been designated as Certified Specialists in Immigration and Naturalization Law by the California State Bar.
