Clark Hill Adds Regina E. Faul to Labor and Employment Practice

January 14, 2025

Clark Hill announced today that Regina E. Faul has joined its Labor and Employment practice as a Member of the firm.

Based in the firm’s New York City office, Faul brings more than 20 years of experience in representing employers in litigations and day-to-day advice and counsel as well as executives in negotiations of employment and severance agreements. She has vast experience as a traditional labor lawyer representing business owners in their dealings with unions.

“I’m very excited to be joining Clark Hill as the next step of my career,” Faul said. “The firm’s organizational structure and international platform were especially attractive, but its culture and people made it a perfect fit to grow my practice.

Faul’s clients include business owners, building owners, contractors, developers, restaurants and food establishments, hotels, nonprofits and other service providers. She’s recently been helping clients with matters relating to parental leave policies, wage and hour issues, minimum wage changes, New York State and New York City Freelancer Acts, classification issues related to independent contractors and union organizing issues.

“We’re thrilled to be adding Regina to our practice in New York,” Labor and Employment Business Unit Director John Ermanni said. “Her experience with such a wide range of clients and labor and employment issues will be a tremendous asset to our team.”

Faul was inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 2020 and has been recognized by Super Lawyers® since 2020, Best Lawyers since 2021, and Crain’s New York Top Women Lawyers since its inaugural list in 2017. Faul earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
