Clark Hill announced today that Nate Goldberg has joined its litigation team as a Member of the firm’s New York City office.
Goldberg primarily litigates financial services and business disputes and has extensive experience representing regional and national banks, investment funds, public and private companies, and other clients in commercial lending, private investment in public and private companies, commodities and derivatives contracts, supply chain, asset recovery, and shareholder disputes. He also regularly represents clients in a broad range of contract, real estate, employment, intellectual property, product liability, and insurance disputes.

Goldberg has more than two decades of experience as lead trial counsel and regularly represents clients in jury and bench trials before federal and state courts, in mediation and arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, London Court of International Arbitration, JAMS, and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings and in government and regulatory proceedings before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Attorney’s Office and other regulatory bodies.

Goldberg is the second Member to join Clark Hill’s New York City office in August. Labor and Employment Member Richard Scharlat joined Aug. 5.

Goldberg graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Government and Near Eastern Studies, with Distinction in All Subjects, Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key National Honor Society, and earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law. Since 2019, he has competed in 12 half marathons and is currently training for his third New York City marathon.
