Clark Hill Adds Catrina Markwalter to Construction Team

Clark Hill announced today that Catrina Markwalter has joined its Construction group as a Member.

Based in the southeast, Markwalter splits her time focusing on construction and secured loan litigation. She has also started to develop a niche practice in contract work for cybersecurity clients.

“I’m very excited to be joining Clark Hill and grow my practice with the Construction group,” Markwalter said. “The firm has tremendous resources and support personnel to enable us to focus on our clients.”

Markwalter assists commercial construction clients with development and general commercial matters in state and federal court. She also frequently helps with SBA and USDA loan work.

“We’re thrilled to have Catrina join our team,” said Allison Castillo, Construction Business Unit Director at Clark Hill. “Her experience with clients throughout the southeast and east coast will greatly bolster our group’s reach and capabilities.”

Markwalter earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Mickey Ross Joins as Of Counsel in Litigation Group

Clark Hill also announced that Mickey Ross joined its litigation group in Atlanta as of counsel. Ross brings more than 50 years of experience in business and employment litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts and arbitration proceedings across the country, including several class and collective actions.
