October 23, 2024

Clark Hill announced today that Brian O’Neill has joined the firm’s Litigation team as a Member in its Wilmington office.

O’Neill focuses most of his practice in the Delaware Court of Chancery and splits his time between defense and plaintiff matters. He also represents businesses and corporations in the US District Court for Delaware, the Superior Court of Delaware, and state and federal courts in Pennsylvania.

“I was attracted to Clark Hill’s larger platform and their depth of talent throughout the firm,” O’Neill said. “I’m thrilled for the opportunity and look forward to expanding my work with a great team.”

O’Neill also supports commercial and residential property owners in tax assessment appeals before county appeal boards throughout Pennsylvania.

“We’re excited for Brian to join our Wilmington litigation team,” said Kaveri Subbarao, Executive Director of Strategic Growth for Clark Hill’s litigation group. “His experience with a wide range of clients in numerous Delaware and Pennsylvania courts will be a great asset to our group.”

Outside of the office, O’Neill volunteers for the Friends of Harriton Preserve, a local conservancy that addresses environmental concerns and preserves the land at Harriton Preserve in Pennsylvania.

O’Neill earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law.
