Clark Hill announced today that Brian Adkins has joined its real estate group as a Member in San Diego. Adkins specializes in representing multi-family housing owners and operators nationwide.
“Clark Hill’s growth mindset and the ability to expand my practice nationally were really attractive factors for the next stage of my career,” Adkins said. “Everyone I met with seemed very interested not just in my practice but in me personally and further developing my practice.”
In addition to litigation, Adkins assists with fair housing complaints and government agency complaints across the country. He also has a burgeoning sports and entertainment practice, representing athletes, entertainers, influencers, teams, leagues, and companies who do business with these individuals and entities.
“We’re delighted to have Brian join our real estate team. His experience in fair housing and multi-family developments will be a great addition to our practice,” said Robyn Henry, Clark Hill’s Real Estate Business Unit Director.
Outside of his daily work, Adkins is on three nonprofit boards in the San Diego area. He is president of the Poway Youth Basketball League, secretary for HomeAid San Diego, which provides resources and housing for the at-risk community, and he is on the Executive Committee for the San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum.
Adkins previously spent 11 years as a licensed sports agent and remains active in the sports law community. He earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
