In light of the #metoo movement, many companies are evaluating their pay policies and practices to close the pay gap between male and female employees. Research shows that women, on average, earn around 80 cents for every dollar a man makes. Participants will learn about the changing legal landscape in this area, as well as practical tips on how to conduct a pay equity study and implement changes.
